By accessing and using Four Star Exchange ("the Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the service.
Four Star Exchange facilitates peer-to-peer and manual electronic currency exchanges. Orders are fulfilled manually by verified human operators upon confirmation of inward funds. Quoted exchange rates remain valid for 30 minutes from order creation. If payment is received after 30 minutes, current market rates will apply.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that all destination wallet addresses, bank accounts, bKash/Nagad phone numbers, and memo codes provided are 100% accurate. Four Star Exchange accepts no liability for funds sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer once outward payment has completed.
The platform strictly prohibits any use for illicit activities, money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud. We reserve the right to freeze suspicious transactions and report high-risk activity to pertinent regulatory bodies. Proof of identity may be requested for high-volume transfers.
If an order is cancelled prior to outward dispatch by the operator, the customer is entitled to a refund minus applicable third-party payment gateway transaction fees. Once an exchange has been completed and outward payment dispatched, transactions are irreversible.
